With the innovative charging station CARICA, phones can comfortably be charged wirelessly. The charging cradle is integrated tailor-made into the dashboard of the Fiat Ducato and charges every smartphone which is suitable for inductive charging following the Qi standard. The smartphone just has to be put on top of the charging station. The charging process can be controlled by an on and off button to increase the battery life. The closable cover prevents the smartphone from falling out or sliding while driving. CARICA is connected via Plug & Play to the on-board power supply, appropriate vehicle-specific cables are already included in delivery and available in two versions which support more than inductive charging. Both also have extension cables with USB and HDMI or USB and jack connectors.
