Receive from our store

You can pick up your order from our store in Thessaloniki. Click here to see our details.

Shipping to Greece via ACS or ELTA for packages up to 15 kg

You can pick up your order at home or send it to any other address.

We can also send your order to your nearest ACS store or ELTA store and pick it up from there.

Shipments of up to 15 kg within Greece are delivered via ACS Courier or ELTA.

Shipping costs within Greece are as follows:

For packages from 0 bis 3 kg - 5,00 € There is a charge of 1€ for each extra kilo For packages from 10 bis 15 kg - 12,00 €

For packages from 0 bis 2 kg - 4,00 € There is a charge of 1€ for each extra kilo For packages from 10 bis 15 kg - 12,00 €

Shipment with shipping company for parcels larger than 15 kg

If the total weight of your order exceeds 15 kg (eg tents, large refrigerators, etc.) or bulk products though light weight, then the parcels are shipped via carrier.

Shipping costs within Greece are as follows:

For packages from 15 to 20 kg - 12,00 €

There is a charge of 0,50 € for each extra kilo

Product returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased and to request their replacement in all cases where incorrect or poor quality products have been sold with proven fault of our company. Returns are free of charge for all of the above cases and the maximum time limit for a refund may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In case you want to return or replace a product the cost of re-shipping the product you receive as a replacement for the first is 6 € (with VAT) which you pay upon receipt. For all of the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, together with all documents which accompanied the product.
