Skylight Transparent

The outer frame consists of dimensionally stable, weatherproof ASA plastic, which makes a secure adhesion and sealing at the installation possible. The control knob is attached to the side so that the opening remains free across the entire surface. Closed, Thule skylights provide a permanent forced ventilation of 100 cm². For the development of Thule skylights, particular emphasis has been put onto low energy consumption (0.15 – 2.5 A) and quiet operation even at high speeds. Thanks to their aerodynamic shape, an additional spoiler is unnecessary. Due to the inserted hinge with a continuous rail and the far protruding exterior capsule, rainwater can run off perfectly. The manual models are equipped with a fly screen roller blind, the blackout blind included in standard delivery for all versions can be slid open in 3 different positions. In the ventilator version, the skylight is equipped with 6 ventilation and exhaust modes, an energy-saving as well as a comfort mode and the maximum air circulation is 20 m³/min. The ventilator kit can be retrofitted to all Thule skylights. Thanks to its perfect screw clamp system, the skylight can be installed without any additional screws leading through the exterior case – the best insurance against water entering your vehicle.

Installation dimensions 40 x 40 cm, inner frame 45.8 x 46.2 cm, exterior dimensions 45.9 x 47.2 cm. The height of the closed skylight is 7.8 cm. Thule skylights can be installed with roofs with a thickness of 25 – 60 mm (from a roof thickness of 40 mm, use the set with item no. 89 342). Materials: outer frame made of ASA, inner frame of polystyrene, blind frame made of ABS, white cover made of polypropylene, transparent cover made of polycarbonate (Lexan).
