Proper function of the deivce is only guaranteed by use of a vehicle battery. Operation with power supply unit can cause malfunction.
Gives warning of escaping propane, butane, and narcotic gas.
The highly sensitive sensor signals even the slightest gas concentration. Proper functioning is always checked when the system is turned on, the automatical calibration checks the settings every 40 seconds and corrects them if necessary. Through optical (change of colour green–red) and acoustical signals, the system check, the standby state as well as the alarm is displayed. By a quick tip on the on/off switch the brightness of TriGas in standby state can be dimmed.
