The 11.5cm brim affords both shade and the hat's unmistakeable character. Made from the fibres of the african 'Raffia Pendunculata' palm. It is surprisingly flexible and resists an unexpected crushing! The leather hat band is standard and protects against the odd gust of wind. The elasticised inner sweatband ensures a firm fit.
