The wok with a smaller base and higher rim is made of forged aluminium with a cast aluminium look and high material thickness. This not only ensures a long service life, but also good heat distribution.
Thanks to the removable handle (available separately 310/539), the wok can be stowed away in a space-saving way and can even be used in the oven. The full-surface induction base ensures optimum heat distribution on all types of hobs, and is also perfect for multi-zone induction hobs. The pan is equipped with the PFAS-free b.nature quartz coating and therefore has an excellent non-stick effect.
Suitable for gas, electric, halogen and induction hobs.
