This portable and versatile gas barbecue includes four interchangeable cooking surfaces: pot stand, non-stick aluminium grill grid, non-stick grill plate and a enamelled wok, which can also be used as lid. The complete barbecue can be stored away in the included bag. The Safari Chef 2 is available as a high or low-pressure unit. The Safari Chef 2 HP (high pressure) operates with a 500 g thread cartridge (not included), which is directly attached to the barbecue, while the Safari Chef 2 LP (low pressure) works with a convenient gas bottle.
