Tax Free Shopping
The Tax Free Shopping service is for residents of countries outside the EU, as they have the right to a tax refund on products purchased within the EU.
This refund can be completed (within 90 days from the day of purchase) through a process that starts at the time of purchase. The minimum threshold for purchases is set at €50 which are intended for personal use.
The process is simple by following the steps below:
· Pay the total amount of the purchase, including VAT (24%).
· Keep the Tax Free Receipt that you will receive after your payment from the cashier. (with the description of the products on the market and the number of the goods you have purchased).
· When leaving the country, you are required to carry with you the products you have purchased, your passport and the Tax Free Receipt which must be stamped by the Greek Customs.
· The original stamped Tax Free Receipt must be sent to us by post (Zampetas Camping Megastore) or even brought by someone within 90 days from the day of purchase.
· Once we receive it, 24% of the total value of the receipt will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made or it can be passed as a credit on the customer's card.
